2、然後再將面絮揉成壹個光滑的面團,如圖所示。

3、再蓋上蓋子,進行發酵,發酵至兩倍大即可。發酵時間看室溫而定,正常需要兩個多小時。

4、用手指沾適量面粉,在面團上面戳個洞,沒有回彈即代表發酵成功。
