冰糖葫蘆起源:南宋光宗皇帝名趙惇,年號為“紹熙”。紹熙年間,宋光宗最寵愛的黃貴妃生病了。她面黃肌瘦,不思飲食。禦醫用了許多貴重藥品,皆不見什麽效果。皇帝見愛妃日見憔悴,也整日愁眉不展。最後無奈只好張榜求醫。
壹位江湖郎中揭榜進宮,為黃貴妃診脈後說:“只要用冰糖與紅果(即山楂)煎熬,每頓飯前吃五至十枚,不出半月病準見好。”
開始大家還將信將疑,好在這種吃法還合貴妃口味,貴妃按此辦法服後,果然如期病愈了。皇帝自然大喜,展開了愁眉。後來這種做法傳到民間,老百姓又把它串起來賣,就成了冰糖葫蘆。
