將2/3的雞蛋液倒入吐司框裏,如果沒有鋪滿就稍微晃動壹下鍋,壹定要輕否則雞蛋液流出去就不好看了(對就是壹定要好看!),迅速的將壹片半午餐肉鋪在還沒凝固的雞蛋液上,再迅速的把切下來的吐司片蓋回去。壹定要在雞蛋液還沒凝固前完成,如果擔心手慢可以暫時讓平底鍋離火。
