醋溜土豆絲的做法英文版

食材準備

主料:土豆2個,

輔料:尖椒1個,

調料:花椒少許,幹紅辣椒5個,蔥花少許,醋2湯匙,糖1湯匙,鹽1/4茶匙

制作步驟

1、土豆洗凈,切絲(這個工作通常由萬子完成)。尖椒洗凈切絲。

2、準備壹碗清水,滴入少許醋,將土豆絲放入浸泡壹會,然後用清水沖洗2次,把澱粉洗出去,瀝幹。

3、鍋中加少許油燒3成熱,放入花椒,待聞到花椒香味時(不要把花椒炸糊),關火,揀出花椒不用。

4、再次打開火,待油溫7成熱時,放入幹紅辣椒和蔥花,爆香後,倒入土豆絲煸炒熟。

5、隨後依次放入醋、糖和鹽大火翻炒半分鐘。

6、加入青椒絲繼續炒半分鐘,最後加入水澱粉,翻炒均勻即可出鍋。

註意事項

土豆絲切好後,放進醋水中浸泡,並反復沖洗2次,即可以避免在空氣中氧化變黑,還可以去除澱粉保證口感清脆。不喜歡脆的可以不多次沖洗。
