3、大白菜焯水的時候,可以將香蔥去根後洗凈切碎,生姜洗凈去皮後剁碎備用。

4、撈出焯燙好的大白菜過涼水,然後抓幹水分剁碎,剁碎後的大白菜還是有很多水分,擠幹水分。這麽操作,和餡的時候大白菜就不會出水了,這是很關鍵的壹步。
