英語作文《健康和垃圾食品》

Healthy food is good for your health.We should eat healthy food.Healthy food, including vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, and so on. But we should keep a adequate diet,and we cannot not eat certain foods too much.

We know that some of our students do not like eating lunch at school because the food is not delicious. So they often go out of school to buy something they like to eat. But I am afraid it is bad for their health to eat lunch outside because some of the food they buy isn’t healthy enough.
