分析壹句英語句子的結構與成分

1. 從 some 開始是壹個定語從句，whom 是關系代詞的賓格，指代“素食者”，由於處在介詞 of （意思是“之中”）後面，所以要用賓格，some of whom 意為“他們之中有些人”。句子翻譯：素食者有多種類型，他們之中有些人甚至不吃動物制品，如牛奶、蛋類或奶酪。

2. 又例：There are many students in our school, some of whom come from foreign countries. 我們學校裏有很多學生，其中有些人來自外國。

3. 妳可能會問：既然表示“其中有些人”，為什麽不用 some of them 呢？用 some of them 也可以，但是壹定要用句號與前面的句子隔開，即 There are many students in our school. Some of them come from foreign countries. 英語的逗號與句號不能隨便替換！逗號只能分隔主句和從句，或分隔兩個並列的分句，只有句號才能分隔兩個獨立的句子。
