3.茶具

4.茶劑量
壹般3-5人喝茶,每次茶量在3-5克左右。茶葉的濃淡可以在沖泡時間中掌握,沖泡時間長,滋味濃,反之則淡。
清洗茶葉
茶葉入壺後,普洱茶壹般需要用沸水洗1-2次,每次用沸水洗的時間在3-5秒左右,讓茶體泡入水中,充分釋放茶質。

6.釀造時間
普洱茶經過1-2次洗滌後,第三次沖泡的茶就是飲茶。此時可以根據客人的口味來把握茶葉的深淺,壹般每次沖泡3-5秒為宜,沖泡5次後沖泡時間可以更長。
供應湯
沖泡好的茶湯要及時倒入杯中,不要長時間留在壺中。茶葉的湯色與陳釀和發酵有關。新上市的普洱茶湯色為淡黃色,但隨著存放或發酵時間的延長,湯色逐漸轉變為棗紅色,甚至豬肝色。
8.分茶
將沖泡好的茶湯均勻地分入客杯中,供客人享用。
