又稱郡廟，樂老城隍廟，為市級文物保護單位。位於市中心繁華地帶。寧波府城隍廟是我國現存規模最大的城隍廟之壹。明洪武四年(1371年)，明太祖朱元璋下旨，敕造寧波府城隍廟，建成後屢遭火災，現存的廟殿是清光緒十年(1884年)重建的。整個建築很有特色，由門前照壁拱墻、大門明堂、儀門戲臺、前殿、後殿五部分組成，，布局完整，氣勢宏偉。戲臺建得尤其精美。戲臺是單檐歇山頂，藻井呈雞籠形，雕龍畫鳳，朱金裝飾，遠遠看去，熠熠生輝。郡廟內保存著30余塊碑刻及宋井等古跡。現在城隍廟區區域擁有新老商城、美食城、國泰工藝品壹條街以及即將開業的商業步行街和亞細亞商場，已成為寧波最大的購物中心。
