Frirst, you need to slice the pork loin into chunk. Second, add a little salt and starch. Third, add eggs and mix. Then, put the pork into hot oil and fry. When the pork become golden, take out the pork. Still, it 's not finished.
Finally, put the bruised ginger into hot oil and stir-fry, then add some soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and a littel water. Wait until boil and add the pork taht you have fried. Stir until the sauce become less then add a little starch. Done!
