1、將紅棗洗凈後,用小刀將其對半剖開,去掉棗核。桂圓也去殼去核。

2、把桂圓幹,紅棗分別用冷水泡發20分鐘。

3、將紅棗、桂圓、冰糖放入湯鍋內,加入水,大火燒開後,改小火,燜煮約30分鐘至水份收幹。
保持小火,用勺子在鍋內攪拌,將棗打成棗泥。

4、將煮好的棗倒在碗裏放涼後,倒入蜂蜜拌勻。
