2、將洗凈的檸檬瀝幹後,用刀切成薄片,如下圖。

3、把白糖和檸檬放進清水裏煮,大約煮半個小時。

4、放在太陽底下曬,如果沒有太陽就放在通風的地方,曬3-5天。

5、曬幹後,用密封袋或者密封罐裝好,放置陰涼處保存即可。
