2、紅棗需要人工去核,但是不要帶外面已經去核的紅棗!去核後,用清水沖洗幹凈,放入鍋中。

3.大火煮開,然後小火燉兩三分鐘,再用勺子壓壓紅棗讓味道更好,然後小火燉10分鐘左右,在家看著爐子。

4.枸杞、桂圓、黨參、黃芪也可以放在壹起。紅棗要對半分。為了更好的熬制其營養成分,黨參還要劈壹小條。黃旗就這樣撕了壹小塊。

5、棗水中可放入適量的糖或蜂蜜,增加棗水的甜度。不管是熱的還是冷的,味道都很好。建議:壹人份,把2碗水熬成1碗水。兩個人的話,把3碗水煮成2碗水。

紅棗水小貼士
另外可以加雞蛋壹起煮。把生雞蛋放入鍋裏,加入凍水和紅棗就可以了。
