Japanese restaurant in Dongguan- 美食- 東莞的壹家日式餐廳

I went to this high-end Japanese restaurant in Dongguan, China few times. The building is the tallest one in Dongguan city. On the top of the building, it’s a rotary restaurant. It’s western cuisine, As the name suggests, the resturant keeps on circling so you can see the 360c of the surroundings overseeing the city. Unfortunately, I got dizzy and had to ask my friend to go to this Japanese restaurant instead. I felt really sorry for the last minute change, but I would rather enjoying the food and keeping them in my stomach than throwing up.

我去過這家東莞的日式餐廳幾次。該餐廳坐落於據說是東莞最高大樓裏。在大樓的頂層是壹個旋轉餐廳。顧名思義,餐廳壹直在選擇,讓妳可以360度全方位鳥瞰東莞的面貌。可惜,我居然頭暈,只能請我朋友壹起去樓下的日式餐廳。雖然臨時改變計劃有點不好意思,可是,我寧願享受美食並能把它們留在胃裏。

This Japanese restaurant segments their dining area into separate rooms to keep the privacy of the customers. We picked a set menu with teriyaki style, a little bit pricy, but totally worth it. You get to enjoy not just the food, but the process as the chef cooked the food right in front of you.

該日式餐廳是隔間性質,隱秘性好。我們選擇了壹份固定套餐,有點小貴,但是味道真的不錯。因為是現場煮的方式,所以妳在享受美食的同時還可以欣賞廚師的表演。

The appetizer we had is this sesame plate with fresh salmon, tuna, shrimp, octopus etc. serving on top of ice to keep them cool.

前菜是壽司冷盤,裏面有新鮮的各種生魚片如三文魚,tuna魚,蝦,魷魚等。

The 2nd?dish we had is this steam egg with fish eggs. I liked silky of the egg, but not the fish eggs. To many people, it’s the best, but my preference is the cooked egg than raw fish eggs. They were a little bit fishy.

第二道是蒸蛋加魚籽。我喜歡蒸蛋絲滑的味道,可是並不是很喜歡魚籽。我知道有不少人喜歡魚籽,我不喜歡它的腥味。

Antarctic Icefish- we were lucky that they had this fish. Never had it before, the meat was very tender.

烤南極冰魚- 還是第壹次吃到這種魚,肉QQ的。很好吃。

Beef – isn’t it nice? The presentation is quite an art.

煎牛排- 造型也很漂亮,很有藝術感。

Kyle – Good to have some veggie after rich dishes.

炒青菜- 吃了那麽多葷的,吃點青菜來中和壹下。

Desert – ice cream & fried banana. Name of the dish is ice and fire, the cooking process was quite entertaining. With banana and ice cream on the cooking table, the chef poured liquor around it, and then lit it up, you saw fire shooting up the air, pretty cool.

甜點- 冰激淩加煎香蕉。名字叫做冰火兩重天。煮的過程很有意思。當香蕉和冰激淩最後放在壹起的時候,廚師在四周澆上酒,點上火,火立即沖向空中。讓人感覺很很興奮。
