Ingredients

Pork 500g

Pineapple 150g

Red Pepper 40g

salt 4g corn starch 10g sugar 5g vinegar 5g vegetable oil 50g 1 egg

Direction

1Chop the pork and pine apple in to 1/2-inch small square

2Chop pepper properly

3In a bowl, mix pork with salt. water, corn starch, egg white for 20 minutes

4Removed the pork from the bowl, cover the pork with dry corn starch,deep-fry for 3 minutes

5Gradually stir the pepper, pineapple in a pan

6 Add pork into the pan seasoning with salt vinegar and sugar
