FengHiaoXiang, who born on Nov. 2ed,1964, is a male worker of our gourment farm food garden and is now taking a job as a secondary cooker.He was recruited as a wok manager in Dem.,2002.During his accession period, he learnt diligently and kept on improving himself.Therefore, he was promoted as a secondary cooker in March, 2003 and he was majorly dealing with cooking. Several dishes that he cooks are very welcome, for example, The peasant family big ready-to-cook dish, tea mushroom maidenhair tree stomach Ding, Beijing onion black pepper Niu Liuli, Fujian fry rice and so on.
本美食園員工馮浩相，男，1964年11月2日出生，現任職二廚。該職員於2002年10月入職本美食園做炒鍋，在此期間，他勤奮好學，不斷進修自己，在2003年3月被升為本飯店二廚，主理烹調工作。他有幾款出色的小菜很受顧客歡迎，例如：農家大盆菜、茶菇白果肚丁、京蔥黑椒牛柳粒、福建炒飯等等。
since he was promoted as a secondary cooker,five workers were prenticed to Mr. FengHaoXiang while he was doing the cooking. Besides teaching them how to cook, he also told them his experience and assisted other cookers to manage the kitchen's daily works, discussed with the prentices and other cookers about inventing nwe dishes, caculated the costs and gains of assorted materials, supervised and urged the prentices to check the stocking foods in the refrigerator so as to make sure whether the foods were in good quality or not and urged them to do the cleaning well, held meetings periodically with other cookers to summerize their work, taken charge in personnel management and raw material controlling.
馮浩相先生自晉升為二廚後，在做烹調工作的同時，開始帶徒弟5名，除教導他們炒菜外，還把自己的經驗告知他們，並協助大廚管理好廚房的正常運作；經常與大廚、徒弟們商量、研究新菜式；計算配合所用的材料成本和利潤；督促徒弟們每天檢查冰箱存貨以確保食物的品質良好及搞好廚房清潔衛生；定期和大廚召開例會作工作總結；負責員工的編排班；做原料控制工作。
